A relatively resilient and medium density foam is used in tis manufacture. THe covering is low gauge but high quality vinyl, which allows easy folding of the product. It is ideal for exercises and after use. It can be rolled up for easy carriage and storage.

JUDO MAT is made of composite foam materials (i.e layers of chip foam and virgin flexible foam) with a high gauge vinyl covering material that comes in varying colorus of choice. Permanently attached to the bottom is an anti-slip rubber to ensure stablility. A key equipment in judo sport.

In manucfacturing our wrestling mat, the foam core is either made of a composite foam material (layers of chip foam and plain flexible foam) or 100% chip foam. Since this product is always made to order, the customer indicates preference. The product is neatly finished by using a high guage vinyl as the covering material. It should be noted that vitafoam has an in-house facility to do all the necessary markings on the mat i.e wrestling space circle , referee position lines and starting lines.
