Seat Pad

About the seat pad

The seat pad spreads your weight across the seat instead of letting two bones take all of it. That is what makes a long drive or a full day at a desk bearable.

The core is polyurethane foam, which stays resilient under daily use. It holds its thickness, so the cushion still works after months on the same chair.

Where the seat pad works

It suits office chairs, car seats and home seating. Anyone who drives for a living will notice the difference on the first long trip, because the cushion takes the sting out of the seat pan.

Because the pad lifts the hips slightly, the lower back keeps its natural curve. That reduces strain through the spine and improves posture over a working day.

Caring for the pad

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it dry in the shade. Keep the foam out of direct sun, which breaks it down over time. If you use the pad daily, turn it over each week so both sides wear evenly.

Delivery and warranty

Orders go out from Vitafoam showrooms and distributors across Nigeria. We confirm your delivery window at checkout, and the box paperwork states the warranty that applies.

Related supports

The lumbar roll supports the lower back behind you, and the back seat support does a similar job with a strap that fits most seats. The comfort support range shows them together. World Sleep Day publishes free guidance on sitting posture at worldsleepday.org.

Because the pad is firm, it suits a hard seat best. If your chair already has soft padding, use the pad in the car instead. Check it each month for flattening, since a compressed pad stops working and a worn pad gives no relief at all.
