About the memory topper
The memory topper lays a sheet of memory foam over the mattress you already own. It contours to the body where you press hardest, so the shoulders and hips sink instead of taking the full load.
Pressure relief of that kind is what a topper is for. If your mattress is sound but too firm, a topper costs far less than a replacement bed.
Where the memory topper suits
It suits a firm mattress that leaves you sore in the morning. It also suits a guest bed that only sees use twice a year, because the topper can be rolled away between visits.

Sizes and fit
The topper comes in several sizes. Note our conversions, because a 6 x 6 measures 75 by 72 inches, and the other sizes run in the same way. If the topper sits slightly proud of the mattress, tuck it under the fitted sheet.
Care and upkeep
Then air the topper each morning when you make the bed. Because foam holds warmth, give it an hour without bedding on top. Also use a protector under the sheet, wipe marks with a damp cloth, and keep the foam out of a washing machine.
